Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EstiLedger at estiledger.com and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

EstiLedger provides informational tools that compare aircraft performance characteristics with airport runway length and surface constraints. The Service is intended to help prospective buyers evaluate mission suitability before purchasing a private aircraft.

Features may change as the product develops. Portions of the Service currently use preview or mock data while ingestion pipelines for FAA and OurAirports datasets are being completed.

EstiLedger is not a flight planning, dispatch, or certification tool. Results are estimates for research and purchase decisions only. Do not rely on the Service for operational go/no-go decisions, weight-and-balance calculations, performance planning, regulatory compliance, or safety-of-flight determinations.

Always verify aircraft and airport data with official sources, aircraft flight manuals, qualified aviation professionals, and current NOTAMs before any flight.

You may sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to authenticate. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or abuse risk.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of applicable law or aviation regulations;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization;
• Scrape, bulk-export, or systematically harvest data from the Service except through interfaces we expressly provide;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users’ access; or
• Misrepresent EstiLedger outputs as official FAA, manufacturer, or operator guidance.

Aircraft and airport information comes from public datasets and third-party sources, including the FAA aircraft registry and OurAirports. We do not guarantee that any dataset is complete, current, or error-free. Runway lengths, surfaces, aircraft performance figures, and suitability scores may be outdated, rounded, or missing context (such as obstacles, weather, or operational restrictions).

Third-party data remains subject to the terms and licenses of its respective providers. EstiLedger does not claim ownership of underlying government or community aviation datasets.

The EstiLedger name, branding, site design, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks except as needed to refer to the Service in ordinary, accurate ways.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESTILEDGER AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those cases, the above limits apply only to the extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EstiLedger and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes take effect when posted unless we state otherwise. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
